We’re Jax and Jeanne — the chaotic good duo behind Matcha Cat Prints. By day, we’re print mages conjuring stickers, bookmarks, and fan merch with precision and pastel flair. By night, we’re band bosses and creative gremlins, fueled by caffeine, music, and an alarming number of file types. With backgrounds in events, design, logistics, and marketing, we run everything in-house: from file checking and layout to cutting, packing, and making sure your prints arrive ✨chef’s kiss✨. We’re not just a service — we’re fellow creators who get it, and we’re here to make your ideas look incredible.

🕒 How long does production take?
For non-bulk orders, production usually takes 3 days.
For bulk orders, allow up to 2 weeks.If you have a specific deadline, let us know early so we can check availability and accommodate your timeline.
⚡ Do you accept rush orders?
Yes! Rush orders are available depending on our schedule.Non-bulk rush: 1–2 days
Bulk rush: 3–5 daysRush orders will incur a rush fee:
₱100 or 10% of your total, whichever is higher.
🖨️ What printing equipment do you use?
We use pigment ink for vibrant, long-lasting colors and cutting machines for cuts.
📦 Do you ship daily?
Yes — we ship out every day to make sure you get your prints ASAP.
📦 Are there any packing fees?
For bulk orders, a packing fee of ₱10–₱30 applies depending on volume and materials needed.

🔸 Make sure the design you want printed belongs to you. If not, please get permission from the owner. We’re not responsible for any copyright issues.
🔸 No cancellations or refunds unless the mistake is on our end.
🔸 A 50% downpayment is required before we begin production.
🔸 The remaining balance must be paid after we send a photo of the finished product and before shipping.
🔸 Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer.
🔸 Rush orders are accepted depending on our schedule.
🔸 We use pigment ink and cutting machines. Slight color differences may occur due to screen vs. print variations.
🔸 Prints may not be perfectly centered due to machine limitations — a small margin of error is normal.
🔸 We may post your order on social media. If you'd prefer to keep it private, just let us know.
🔸 We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by the courier.
